class=\"eael-accordion-content clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" aria-labelledby=\"saber-mais\"><p class=\"p1\">Em 1957, foi realizada uma primeira produ\u00e7\u00e3o industrial de polipropileno. Devido \u00e0 sua excelente resist\u00eancia ao calor, press\u00e3o e corros\u00e3o, tornou-se o material preferido pelos usu\u00e1rios. No final dos anos 70, o polipropileno era considerado o material dos canos de \u00e1gua quente e fria do futuro. Esta foi a primeira gera\u00e7\u00e3o de polipropileno, denominada PP-H, abrevia\u00e7\u00e3o de homo-polipropileno. No entanto, apesar de apresentar excelente resist\u00eancia ao calor (&lt;110 \u00b0 C) e press\u00e3o (MRS = 10 MPa), sua baixa resist\u00eancia ao impacto a baixas temperaturas n\u00e3o o tornou adequado para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de tubos de abastecimento de \u00e1gua quente e fria.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Por esse motivo, foi feita uma tentativa de melhorar a resist\u00eancia ao impacto a baixa temperatura, modificando o PP-H, dando origem \u00e0 segunda gera\u00e7\u00e3o de polipropileno, que foi obtida pela adi\u00e7\u00e3o de uma certa quantidade de mon\u00f4mero de vinil durante o processo de polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o do polipropileno. Foi nomeado PP-B ou PP-H, que \u00e9 a abrevia\u00e7\u00e3o de bloco de polipropileno copolimerizado. Embora o PP-B tenha sido um avan\u00e7o na resist\u00eancia ao impacto em baixas temperaturas, pelo contr\u00e1rio, sua resist\u00eancia ao calor foi reduzida. O PP-B s\u00f3 pode ser usado em tubula\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00e1gua fria ou em tubula\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00e1gua quente em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de baixa press\u00e3o.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">No final dos anos 80, uma empresa petroqu\u00edmica europ\u00e9ia interrompeu o processo tradicional (fase l\u00edquida) de polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o do polipropileno e adotou a avan\u00e7ada tecnologia de polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o (fase gasosa), que sintetizava copol\u00edmero aleat\u00f3rio de propileno e etileno. O copol\u00edmero foi chamado de polipropileno aleat\u00f3rio (PP-R), com um teor de etileno inferior a 5%, que \u00e9 distribu\u00eddo aleatoriamente na cadeia molecular do polipropileno. Este PP-R, criado por meio do novo processo de polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o que aproveita a resist\u00eancia ao calor do PP-H e as propriedades de impacto de baixa temperatura do PP-B, \u00e9 adequado para a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas de tubula\u00e7\u00e3o para fornecimento. \u00e1gua quente e fria dentro de Isso torna o manuseio e a instala\u00e7\u00e3o mais pr\u00e1ticos.<\/li><li class=\"p1\"><b>Boa resist\u00eancia ao calor e press\u00e3o. <\/b>O ponto de amolecimento Vicat atinge 131,3 \u00b0 C. Sua temperatura de opera\u00e7\u00e3o a curto prazo pode ser de at\u00e9 95 \u00b0 C. E abaixo da temperatura de 80 \u00b0 C, ainda pode suportar alguma press\u00e3o a longo prazo. Esta \u00e9 a melhor escolha para tubos de abastecimento de \u00e1gua fria e quente em edif\u00edcios.<\/li><li class=\"p1\"><b>Longa vida \u00fatil. <\/b>Quando a temperatura de trabalho \u00e9 de 70 \u00b0 C e a press\u00e3o de trabalho \u00e9 de 10 kg \/ cm2, sua vida \u00fatil pode atingir cerca de 50 anos.<\/li><li class=\"p1\"><b>Boa resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o. <\/b>Os tubos PP-R t\u00eam excelente resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o contra a maioria dos \u00edons e produtos qu\u00edmicos inorg\u00e2nicos nos edif\u00edcios. \u00c9, portanto, anticorrosivo e n\u00e3o enferruja a longo prazo.<\/li><li class=\"p1\"><b>Conex\u00e3o confi\u00e1vel e confort\u00e1vel. <\/b>O PP-R possui excelente desempenho de soldagem por fus\u00e3o. Os tubos e conex\u00f5es s\u00e3o feitos do mesmo material, permitindo que sejam unidos por soldagem por fus\u00e3o. Comparado ao tubo liso, a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o, flex\u00e3o e impacto nas juntas \u00e9 muito maior, evitando o risco de vazamentos.
